You can also use chicken instead of steak!
Ingredients:
Steak-I used Flat Iron Steak
Peppers
Brocolli
Snap Peas
Green Beans
Cut steak into strips and put in a pan with oil, cook until brown, then add the vegetables and finish cooking steak, and vegetables until soft. Season with salt and pepper, and soy sauce.
Teriyaki Sauce: |
1/4 c. soy sauce |
1 c. water |
1/2 t. ground ginger or ginger powder |
1/4 t. garlic powder (or fresh garlic, minced) |
1/3 c. brown sugar |
2 t. cornstarch |
1/4 c. water |
